Mr. Comerford has been Chairman since 2006 and Director since 2001. He has been an investment manager of IIU Limited since 1995, and has also worked as a researcher at McKinsey Pacific Rim. Mr. Comerford holds a Masters in Business from the Michael Smurfit Business School and a Bachelor of Economics from University College in Dublin.

Mr. Evans has been President, CEO and Director since 2005. He has wide operations and senior management experience in the mining industry. Prior to joining Mountain Province, he held a number of senior mining executive positions including President and CEO of Weda Bay Minerals (acquired by Eramet S.A.), President and CEO of Southern Platinum Corporation and Messina Limited (acquired by Lonmin Plc), CEO of SouthernEra Diamonds Inc. and Vice President of Placer Dome Inc.

Ms. Dawson has been CFO and Corporate Secretary since 2006. She has 22 years of public accounting experience. Prior to joining Mountain Province, she held a number of senior accounting positions at Deloitte & Touche, Southern Era Diamonds Inc. and Arizona Star Resources Corp. Ms. Dawson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia.

Mr. Dobson has been Director since 1997. Prior to joining Mountain Province, he was Founder and Chairman of American Pacific Mining Company Inc., Director at Breakwater Resources Ltd. and Deputy Chairman and Director at Lytton Minerals Limited.

Ms. Kirkwood has been Director since 2001. Prior to joining the company, she was President and CEO of First State Diamonds Inc., Director of Intrepid Minerals Corporations and Director of Stroud Resources Ltd. Ms. Kirkwood is a member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.

Mr. Varshney has been actively involved in the capital markets since 1996 and is a principal of Varshney Capital Corp., a private merchant banking, venture capital and corporate advisory firm. He is currently a director or officer of several public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange, including Chief Executive Officer and Director of Mantle Resources Inc. He is also a director of The Varshney Family Charitable Foundation and is a member of the Business Families Center Advisory Board at the Sauder School of Business at UBC. Mr. Varshney obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Finance) in 1989 and a Bachelor of Laws in 1993, both from the University of British Columbia (UBC). He then articled at Farris, Vaughan, Wills & Murphy, of Vancouver, British Columbia, from 1993 to 1994 and has been a member of the Law Society of British Columbia since September 1994.

Mr. Verley is an independent geologist. He has been Director at Mountain Province since 1987. Mr. Verley was previously Director at Gee-Ten Ventures Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia and the Professional Geologist Designation from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists.

Mr. Whittle has been Director since 1997. Prior to joining the company, he held a number of senior accounting and operational roles at Coopers & Lybrand, Glenmore Highlands Inc., Lytton Minerals Limited and New Indigo Resources Inc. Mr. Whittle holds the Chartered Accountant designation.
